Long wait to receive item and quality
I was really looking forward to this hat, but the overall experience was disappointing. It took a very long time for Huxwrx to ship the item, and once it finally shipped, USPS also took an extremely long time to deliver it. When the hat finally arrived, I noticed the front logo is crooked and the stitching already appears to be failing. For the price and the wait time, I expected much better quality control. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations. Matt, We apologize for the long wait and we are sending you a replacement hat along with some free branded swag for the inconvenience.
