Worked fine
I purchased a HuxWrx Flow 9K with a piston and fixed barrel spacer in 1/2x28. Shortly after I purchased a S&W Lever that is threaded 5/8x24. Thankfully, HuxWrx publishes a very nice compatibility flow chart and this item was listed. I was very curious how it would work since it was a direct thread and did not use the piston with the fixed barrel spacer, just this adapter. But when I tried it out, it seemed to work fine. I've only put a dozen or so rounds through it so far, but it looks promising. Shipping was fast. My only disappointment was that I signed up for a HuxWrx account and placed my order and shortly after I got a "welcome" email with a discount code that could have saved me a few $s if I had received it first.

Huxworks 5/-24 direct hub mount
So far so good. I am using this with my 9TI on a 10" 300 BLK seems to work just as described simple to use. Just swapped out my tri lug with this item i kind of prefer the thread over the trigger lug for this platform.
