All suppressors must ship to a valid NFA Dealer in your state of residence. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they are placed. Items refused by the NFA Dealer or that cannot be transferred due to a failed background check will be subject to a restocking fee.
By ordering a suppressor, you certify you are the actual transferee/buyer of the suppressor, are of legal age, and satisfy all Federal, State, and local legal/regulatory requirements to purchase a suppressor. It is your responsibility to comply with all local regulations that apply to the purchase.
Per ATF regulations, FFL and SOT licenses are required for all suppressor purchase transfers. If your chosen NFA dealer is unwilling to provide you with these documents, please have them email current and valid copies of their FFL and SOT licenses to pro@huxwrx.com.
