This multi-caliber blast deflector is constructed with 17-4 stainless steel and is compatible with all HUXWRX HX-QD Muzzle Brakes and Flash Hiders (up to .338). It was designed to redirect the blast forward protecting the shooter and bystanders from micro-concussions and overpressure. Additionally, it doubles as a thread protector for your muzzle device. It is ideal for shooting against cover and/or in the prone position. Similar to HUXWRX muzzle devices, the Blastphemy is coated with C-Series Cerakote for greater durability and corrosion resistance and is available in Black, FDE, & OD Green.
*This product is NOT compatible with the Bannar or Comp-STS muzzle devices.

Needed for indoor range
I used to get asked on a regular basis at the local indoor range if my 556 rifles were 308's. This tames the racket! I notice the flash and debris is being pushed out to the front vs a 360-degree shredding. The recoil is also is predictably straight vs fighting the direction of the burn/exhaust. Price is the elephant in the room. It's not cheap and it's not necessary, but if you can justify the cost, it's worth it for all the reasons. I hate that they cost this much, but I've bought 3 so far and I need 3 more, because to me they're worth it in my little world.

More than just a supressor thread protector
I ordered a black version here recently and after it's first range trip, I am glad that I made this purchase. Regardless of if it's mounted to a brake or flash hider, the gas, concussion, and sound are all thrown directly to the 12, making whatever you're shooting no longer a nuisance to yourself and others. On shorter barrels though, I would recommend either leaving the muzzle device bare or mounting one of the best supressors available, especially if flash is an issue. With the heat and gasses now being concentrated forward, it will increase your muzzle flash. This is also one of the most visually appealing blast diverters I've seen with there being no complicated mounting. If I wasn't saving to buy a hux supressor for all of my guns to have their own, I'd definetly buy these again and again

My second one
Couldn't find a black one some time ago, so jump on them when available. This one which my second after the Arctic. Works great when you just don't want that muzzle blast from the Brake. I do get "your Can ain't working", due to the great look. Yeah, on two rifles now when the real can isn't...

Blastphemy Blast Deflector
Great product that does exactly what is promised. Machining is perfect and works perfectly with my OSS 556 Flash Hider. Protecting the threads on my flash hider is a big bonus.

Works Great
I have a mini draco and without the suppressor and only the qd muzzle brake on it would feel like I was getting slapped in the face every shot. This completely eliminated that feeling which is awesome! Might have increased recoil slightly but that tradeoff is fine for me. 4 star only because $$$
